Today, students from Amity College Singapore had the opportunity to host their peers from SMP Edu Global Cirebon. The students from Indonesia were enthusiastic, confident and polite – not to mention talented as they presented us with a wonderful Indonesian dance performance. It is always inspiring to see young people from different countries and cultures come together to learn from one another, form friendships and celebrate their differences. This cross-cultural exchange is invaluable in promoting understanding, empathy, and respect for different cultures and ways of life. It also helps to foster important skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership, which are essential for success in today’s globalized world. Kudos to the students and teachers who participated in this exchange and to everyone who made it a success.
