There are many master’s degrees in demand with many employers. A few examples are data science, supply chain and logistics and business administration. What’s more important is getting a degree in a profession that you truly enjoy.

Fees can average around S$35,000 to S$45,000, but can be more or less depending on the school.

Yes! Many people work in jobs while studying for their master’s degree and it is not an uncommon sight in Singapore.

Since it is spread out, it takes a longer time to complete a part-time master’s degree. For example, if it typically takes one year to complete, a part-time degree will take two or three years, depending on the school and university.

It typically takes 12 to 18 months to complete the master’s degree in Singapore, but at Amity Global Institute, full-time and part-time are available to be completed in 12 months.

Course start dates may vary by program and the partnered university that you choose. Most master’s programmes in Singapore typically begin in January to March, with additional intakes throughout the year. It’s advisable to check the specific course page or the 2024 intake dates regularly for the most accurate start date for your chosen programme.

There are no differences in total payable course fees for a master’s degree between local and international students. 

Both local and international students will have to pay the total course fee according to the university and course of their choice.

However, international students will have to pay a one-time course application fee of S$450, while local students will have to pay a one-time course application fee of S$150.

Module exemptions may be available for students who have prior relevant qualifications or professional experience that aligns with the course content. Each institution has its own policies on exemptions, so it’s advisable to consult directly with the admissions office of the university to understand their specific criteria and process for applying for exemptions.
