The Advanced Diploma in Law (E-Learning) helps build the foundation for students seeking to work in the legal industry or in occupations where a practical knowledge of the legal industry will be of utility. You will learn skills that would prepare you for careers that are applicable to almost every industry.

Eligibility
AGE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 17 years old (based on date of birth), at point of course commencement.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
Singapore-Cambridge GCE ‘A’ level Examination in the English medium and must have obtained all of the following:
- At least two passes in subjects at H2 level with One H1 Level pass and attempted General Paper (GP) or Knowledge & Inquiry (KI)
OR - Formal International Year 12 Education
OR - International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma awarded by the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO)
OR - Polytechnic Diploma Holder in any field of study from a local polytechnic in Singapore
OR - BTEC level 4 HNC in any field of study
OR - An approved Diploma or Advanced Diploma from private education institutions of Singapore which has the minimum entry requirements as follows,
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent;
OR - Nitec, Higher Nitec or equivalent.
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent;
ENGLISH REQUIREMENTS
Student must complete and obtained a Pass in English in high school.
If English is not the medium of studies or learning in the high school or taken as a 2nd language, then the following requirements applies:
- IELTS 6.0;
OR - An equivalent English language qualification
MATURE APPLICANTS
Candidates who are at least 30 years of age with at least 8 years of working experience (after graduation from Junior College) as at 1st July of the admission year may apply for admission as Mature Applicants
To qualify as a mature applicant, you are required to submit a Personal Statement of not more than 200 words and 2 Referee Reports from at least one employer. Shortlisted applicants may be required to attend an interview.

To gain a general “Advanced Diploma in Law (E-Learning)”, the student will have to pass the following:

- 2 Optional Modules
To gain a specialisation in the “Advanced Diploma in Law (E-Learning)”, the student will have to pass the following:

Award Title
Upon the successful completion of the course, the student will be awarded the certificate for Advanced Diploma in Law (E-Learning). For student who has taken the Specialisation Modules will have the Specialisation reflected in the transcript.
