This stimulating workshop offered an incredible opportunity for our community to unwind, relax, and immerse themselves in yoga’s countless physical and mental benefits. With the direction of the phenomenal Ms Reshma Chauhan, a highly experienced and skilled yoga instructor, participants from these diverse countries delved into a transformative journey of asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques.
