In conjunction with the International Yoga Day, Amity Singapore is thrilled to announce that we will be conducting a one-day Yoga workshop at our campus. The workshop will be conducted by a trained Yoga Trainer – Ms Sapna Sahu.

About the Trainer:
Ms Sapna is YICC and advanced hatha yoga certified instructor from Vyasa Yoga Singapore. A pharma graduate and a CICTL qualified teacher. Forever a yoga aspirant, her yoga journey is nothing short of a roller coaster ride!
Also a leukemia survivor and a natural believer, she loves to teach and learn to children, youngsters and adults and inculcate confidence to take the reigns of their life in their hands.
