Amity Singapore congratulates our student and pugilist, Mr Makhmudjanov Asadbek, on winning the Phuket Muaythai Championship Belt on 30th October 2022 for a triumphant conclusion to “Sangathan 2022” – the mega sports festival celebrated by the Amity fraternity, the world over. In an impressive display of athleticism and sportsmanship, Asadbek fought his way to becoming Muaythai Champion amidst a field of contenders from Thailand, New Zealand, England, Uzbekistan and Scotland. When asked for his secret for success, Asadbek said, “Nothing in the world can take the place of hard work. Don’t just dream about success. You must work for your dreams to come true”.
