A new Work-Life Harmony Initiative has been launched in Singapore to support workers’ mental well-being, prevent burnout and raise productivity. As an early adopter of the new Tripartite Standard developed by the Ministry of Manpower, National Trades Union Congress and Singapore National Employers Federation, Amity was honoured to share our work-life harmony journey with Gan Siow Huang, Minister of State for Manpower before a Citizens’ Panel. This elicited significant interest in the community as Singaporeans are becoming more attuned to hybrid work, yet increasingly concerned regarding the blurring of work-life boundaries.
